All architectural diagrams, substructure CAD drawings, system specifications, structural calculation models, and website content are the intellectual property of APEXX Contracting Ltd. Downloaded files are provided for legitimate architectural specification, engineering review, and tendering purposes only.
3. Preliminary Calculations Disclaimer
The calculations and recommendations generated by our interactive Facade System Configurator are for preliminary guidance and design estimation. Formal structural wind-load approvals, seismic anchoring details, and thermal bridging certificates require sign-off by a qualified APEXX facade engineer based on project-specific site conditions.
4. Turnkey Warranty & European Compliance
All delivered APEXX building envelope systems carry formal European Technical Assessment (ETA) certifications and are backed by a comprehensive 10-year single-source warranty upon completion and handover.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any commercial tenders originating through this portal shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. The courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any contractual dispute.
